HOW IT WORKS
The First Thirty Days
We repair or replace frames and/lenses bought from us at no charge.
The Eleven Months Following
We repair or replace frames and/or lenses bought from us with a co-payment of $25.00.
The Fine Print
- Guarantee varies with insurance or vision discount plan.
- You must surrender your glasses before we can order replacements.
- Replaced lenses must be for the original prescription and for the original frame model
- Guarantee does not cover frames not purchased at time of lens purchase or loss.
Return/Exchange Policy
Lens Exchanges? YES !*
Spectacle Lenses* are custom fabricated to your prescription and for your frame. If you are unhappy with your spectacle lens selection due to lens style or design, we will exchange your lenses once for a different lens style or design within 45 days of your original purchase. In the event that the new lens style or design is more expensive than your original purchase price then you will be required to pay the difference. We do not offer refunds for spectacle lenses.
Frame Exchanges? YES !*
Frames are fit and adjusted for your individual needs and comfort. If you are unhappy with your frame due to frame style, design or comfort, we will exchange your frame and lenses once at no charge within 45 days of your original purchase. In the event that the new lens style or design is more expensive than your original purchase price then you will be required to pay the difference We do not offer refunds for frames.
Prescription Changes? YES !*
In the event of a prescription change within 45 days of your original purchase.
Progressive Lens Guaranteed Fit? YES !*
In the rare event that you are unhappy with your new progressive lenses, within 45 days of your original purchase, we will exchange your lenses once for standard single vision or standard line bifocals or trifocals at no charge.
Contact Lens Exchanges? YES !*
In the event that you are unhappy with your contact lenses, we will exchange your unopened boxes of contacts that are returned in their original condition within 45 days from the original date of purchase. We do not offer refunds for contact lenses.
Deposits left on unclaimed merchandise will be forfeited after 60 days.
