Dr. Lisa Januskey has the following designations:
Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist
These designations allow to her to diagnose and treat medical conditions of the eye (glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, foreign object removal, and more) with pharmaceuticals, including both eye drops and oral medications.
As a developmental optometrist, Dr. Januskey is interested in HOW your visual interpretation influences WHAT you see and how much EFFORT you expend to use your visual system. Vision is not just about being able to see an object clearly. Dr. Januskey can help you determine how your visual skills are impacting your ability to learn, read, and be productive.
As an orthokeratologist, Dr. Januskey uses contact lenses to reshape the cornea so that patients can be free from glasses and contacts during the day without undergoing surgery.
